DRUMS FOR ONE & ALL
IN THE NEWS
On May 26th, 2005, I was invited to give a DFOA drumming workshop as part of
the Brown Bag Seminar series at the New England Institute of Technology in
Warwick, Rhode Island. Here's the picture that appeared in the school's
online paper, TechNews. The workshop was called "Connecting Through Rhythms"
and it was well attended by students and faculty alike.
It's always fun to bring a drumming circle into a place where it's not expected,
and see how people's curiosity draws them in towards the colorful drums and the
enticing beats.
