287 Oak Street, Uxbridge, MA
From Eastern Mass / Boston Area
Take Route 495 north or south to Exit 19
Get on Route 109 going west towards Milford
Merge left with Route 16 going west
Follow Route 16 through downtown Milford
Continue roughly 4 miles through Hopedale and Mendon
In Mendon, pass the New England Steak and Seafood on the right
Slow down and take sharp right onto Hartford Avenue
Pass signs for West Hill Dam and cross over Blackstone River bridge
Look for Tri-River Medical Center on the left
Take immediate left onto Oak Street
Park in large grassy field on left, just past the medical center
Be sure to check in at the EMRF Welcoming Station
From Western Mass / Rhode Island
From Western Mass, take the Pike to Exit 10A for Route 146 south
From Providence area, take Route 95 or Route 295 to Route 146 north
From route 146, take exit 3 for Uxbridge / Douglas
Get on Route 16 (Douglas Street) going east towards Uxbridge
Go 2 miles to the center of Uxbridge
At the lights, turn left onto Route 122 going north
At the next light, turn right onto Hartford Avenue East
Go through 4-way stop then up and over a steep hill
At bottom of hill, take hairpin right onto Oak Street
Park in large grassy field on left, just past the medical center
Be sure to check in at the EMRF Welcoming Station
